Hello! We are excited to have you join The South Bend Tool Library. We are a lot like your local public library, except instead of lending out books, we offer tools such as hammers, drills, saws, tape measures, shop vacs, shovels, paint brushes, trowels, and so much more.

This website will guide you through the process of becoming a member. But, before we get started, it is important to make sure that you fulfill a few basic requirements:

Membership Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• You must reside in the City of South Bend and provide proof of address.

• You must provide a form of photo identification.
